Our client, a leading provider in IT support services, is seeking a Help Desk Support III to join their team. As a Help Desk Support III, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
+ Lead technical troubleshooting sessions and efficiently resolve escalated tickets.
+ Document technical issues and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
+ Manage multiple priorities and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Assist in onboarding new team members and provide training on IT support processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-6 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role with increasing responsibility.
+ Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
+ Strong analytical and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.
