What You Will Bring to the Team YourThe IT Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and improving our IT operations to ensure your colleagues can work seamlessly. A successful candidate must have strong communication, service oriented skills, and technical knowledge for troubleshooting, process implementation, and automation. We are looking for a reliable IT Engineer who is passionate about helping a very fast growing organization.
Day-to-Day ActivitiesProvide day-to-day IT operational support
Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.
Document procedures, guidelines, and projects where you are participating.
Manage internal IT applications.
Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
Nice to HaveBasic knowledge of Linux, and Windows.
Basic knowledge in Networking.
Basic python scripting.
Industry related certifications (ITIL, Network+, A+, CCNA, etc.)
