HEDIS Network Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a HEDIS Network Analyst, to join a not-for-profit community based healthcare organization. The HEDIS Network Analyst will support the organizations ability to meet and surpass critical Quality benchmarks and optimize member outcomes as measured through critical measures. The role supports efforts of the organizations Network and Provider Contracting department and will have regular interaction with relevant internal Clinical, Quality, and BI departments, while frequently interfacing with Providers within the organizations Network. The objective of this role is to reduce and or prevent loss of revenue due to below-benchmark performance on critical Quality measures. This position is entirely remote but must sit in the state of Massachusetts. This will be a 6-month contract with opportunity for full-time hire. Compensation: $_40_/hr. to $_60_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements -At least 5 years working as a HEDIS Analyst -5+ years of experience working within community-based health and/or managed care -Experience and understanding of Medicare and Medicaid, knowledge of CMS regulations -Analytic mindset with the ability to work within larger data sets to identify trends and produce actionable recommendations -Proven experience and understanding of HEDIS and Health Plan quality initiatives; familiarity with behavioral health KPIs such as IET and FUH -Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to various audiences, facilitate meetings and project plans -Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases, including excel, PowerPoint, and word -Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within healthcare project management, HEDIS and STARs measures, population health, and the health plan space null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
