Requirement:
2 months’ work history with the same employer. Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.
Shift Availability: Candidates must be available to work all shifts.
Semi-Skilled positions consist of the use of knives, hooks, and wearing proper PPE. All Semi-Skilled positions include physical work that can be subject to standing at a table for eight hours or more, and/or working on a moving table or chain. The work environment for these positions is subject to be cold, hot, have dusty conditions, and/or be humid.
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able & willing to work in hot and cold environments. Semi-Skilled positions require the ability to work with knives & hooks. Essential to this position, includes pushing, lifting, and pulling of weights not to exceed 100 lbs. Use of physical force when pushing, pulling, and lifting. Must be willing to use & properly wear all required PPE along withstanding 6-8 hours a shift.
