Gets a charge out of helping customers with their heavy duty parts questions, and parts needsIs driven to share knowledge about heavy duty part features, benefits and warranty infoCan shift into high gear in our fast-paced retail storesWill jump into helping team membersIs able to operate a cash register, and navigate computer and paper catalog systemsSteers toward continuous improvement in store processes and proceduresStrives to be winners in professional appearance, attitude and performanceQualifications
Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or ExperienceASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUSPassion for delivering Customer CareExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skillsMotivated to train and learnAbility to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environmentKnowledge of Heavy Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUSRequirement(s)
Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable TransportationThis position offers a starting hourly rate of $22.25. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
