As a Heater Assembler I, you play a critical role in assembling our Quantum NXT heaters, ensuring they meet our high standards for the semiconductor industry. Your focus will be on precision assembly, quality control, and process improvement to help us deliver cutting-edge technology to our customers. **Responsibilities:** Follow detailed work instructions to assemble heater modules, check assemblies for proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts and components as required. Tests and troubleshoots heater systems and modules, using written or electronic test specifications. Rework faulty systems or module assemblies, replacing parts if necessary. Perform set-ups for test stands, assembly fixtures, and other test equipment. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments to complete assembly tasks, wiring and component installation. Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure a proper fit. Report assembly issues or discrepancies to supervisors or engineers. Keep your work area clean and organized, following all safety guidelines. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and deadlines. Look for ways to improve assembly processes and efficiency. **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus) 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly role Experience with electromechanical assembly and sub-assemblies (preferred) Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments Ability to read and follow work instructions in English Strong attention to detail and precision in your work Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment **Physical Activities:** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, write by hand, basic computer skills, and operate simple hand tools used to crimp, cut, strip and measure.
