**What You Will Do:**
The Aftermarket Repair organization (PSD) located in Springdale, AR is looking for a Special Processes Heat Treat Operator for its 2nd shift operation. Shift earns 8% shift premium after training. The training hours are M-F, 6:30 am to 3 pm and **permanent 2nd shift hours are M-F, 3 pm to 11:30 pm.**
+ Heat Treat Operator performs heat treat operations on a variety of components utilizing various furnace types.
+ Performs some maintenance and preventative maintenance, installation, and calibration of furnace equipment and controls.
+ Requires knowledge of heat-treating processes, properties, and structure of metals.
+ Preventive maintenance.
+ Calibration.
+ Loading and unloading of furnaces.
+ Monitoring of furnaces.
+ Paperwork.
+ Inventory.
+ Maintain clean work environment.
+ Perform other duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) and 1 year relevant experience.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

+ Technical trade school / certifications preferred
+ Related experience preferred
