Job Title:
Provider Data Analyst – Credentialing & Claims Support
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Provider
Data Analyst to support our credentialing and claims operations. This role
involves converting and interpreting provider data, assessing claim routing,
and ensuring accurate provider profiles within our systems. The ideal candidate
will have a strong understanding of provider data, be comfortable working with
UB and CMs forms, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert and validate provider data from credentialing sources.Read and interpret UB and CMs forms to determine provider status (contracted vs. non-contracted).Assess whether claims can be routed to existing provider profiles or if new profiles need to be created.Maintain and update provider data accurately in EZCap.Support the transition from QNXT to EZCap, ensuring data integrity and continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in cross-training initiatives.Take initiative in identifying process improvements and supporting team goals.Qualifications:
Basic understanding of provider data and healthcare claims processes.Familiarity with EZCap (experience preferred).Ability to read and interpret UB and CMs forms.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Team player with a proactive mindset—no task is too small.Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing team environment.Minimum Experience:
Minimum Experience Required 3+ years experience with benefits administration (i.e. configuration, set up, or implementation).Associate’s Degree - Associate's degree required, or in lieu of equivalent experience will be considered.Healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry preferred. Previous managed care platform working knowledge (ie: EZCAP)Work Environment
Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch. Fully remote
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.
