About the Role:
Bank of America is seeking a Product Manager for a new Healthcare product to innovate how Health Insurers and Healthcare Providers exchange data and payments and serve patients better through more integrated patient experience solutions.
As a Healthcare Product Manager at Bank of America, you will work closely with a team of specialized product managers that manage our existing healthcare solutions, a specialized healthcare Sales team with key relationships across the industry, along with our software engineering and marketing teams to guide product discovery, shape our strategy, and ensure delivery.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the product life cycle for our new healthcare platform from discovery, to launch, and iteration of key modules and new features
• Discover unmet client needs and define requirements to ensure features drive the client experience
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to find opportunities, drive results, and deliver value to our customers
• Work with Marketing and Sales to develop new materials, train our Sales team through thoughtful trainings, and ensure our client messaging resonates within market
• Mitigate risks through thoughtful planning and implementation of controls and mitigants to ensure we deliver value responsibly
• Track key product KPIs and develop compelling business cases for continued investment in our healthcare solutions
Own and manage the product P&L by driving revenue and managing expense

**Desired Skills:**
• Knowledge of the Healthcare Payer and Provider markets, with understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle flow is preferred.
• Experience collaborating and setting a Product Strategy within a large, matrixed enterprise
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting tool skills - Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy etc
Desired Characteristics:
• You have 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a healthcare technology organization that serves health insurers and or healthcare providers
• You are passionate about Health and or FinTech industries, always looking for ways to innovate and challenge the status quo
• You have the ability to research the market, track key trends, and staying informed of key regulatory changes impacting our industries
