Your role at Clorox:

This position will be part of the Clorox Professional Business Unit (Commercial Team) and report to the Associate Director of Marketing for the Clorox Healthcare brand. This position is responsible for shaping business direction, supporting national communications strategy, leveraging end-user insights, leading rapid response product innovation and managing business analysis and reporting. This position plays an integral role executing against CPro’s growth strategy and business goals.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities:

Building and executing strategic plan: Support healthcare growth strategy that helps deliver the BU’s NCS, profit, and margin targets, including leading innovation project launches.Owning margin improvement and profit growth initiatives: Identify and support Net Revenue Management initiatives to deliver in portfolio health, including price pack architectures, etc.Owning business fundamentals: Supporting business forecasts and achieving forecasting accuracy targets. Budget management including A&SP and Packaging.Driving purpose and team culture: Build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)Developing talent: Coaching and developing other commercial team marketers as well as the cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and executing with excellence

3+ of years of Healthcare experience required and 5+ years of Product Marketing experienceExperience successfully launching new products into Healthcare verticalCPG experience strongly preferredDrives Results: Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding objectivesStrategic Mindset & Thought Leadership: Ability to influence leadership, demonstrated by ability to advance ideas with director and aboveCritical Thinking & Decision Making:  Ability to leverage business analytics to identify business opportunities and challenges and craft an actionable plan to drive 3-year growth plansAbility to navigate ambiguous situations and shape and drive plans with level-appropriate coachingNew Product Launches: proven success in launching new products in healthcare, including managing marketing strategy and execution and sales support targeting infection perfectionists and environmental services professionalsConsumer Insight & Judgement: Understands key end-user insights and translates them into recommendationsCultivates Innovation: Creating new and better ways for the team to be successful and deliver for the consumerDevelops Talent, Drives Engagement, Values Differences: Coach and develop the cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and execute with excellenceCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive conviction with key stakeholders

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $124,300 - $244,900–Zone B: $114,700 - $224,500–Zone C: $103,600 - $204,100
