Healthcare Plan Data Entry Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Healthcare Plan Data Entry Coordinator to join their team. As a Healthcare Plan Data Entry Coordinator, you will be part of the implementation team supporting various accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Healthcare Plan Data Entry Coordinator

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: Starting at $25/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST, with potential overtime

What's the Job?

Lead end-to-end implementation of standard health insurance plans following the sale, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new clients. Partner with field teams to coordinate the setup of benefits, eligibility systems, and administrative services tailored to each client’s needs. Review and process client requests to accelerate implementation timelines and ensure all account setup activities are completed accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal teams across various departments and levels. Participate in client meetings to identify current and emerging implementation challenges, and contribute to the development of effective solutions.

What's Needed?

2+ years of experience in health insurance implementation or health insurance account onboarding, required Data entry experience Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking purposes  Strong attention to detail and highly organized Professional written communication skills for effective email correspondence Demonstrated stability in work history, with a track record of sustained contributions and commitment in previous roles. Flexibility to accommodate overtime as required.
