North America Healthcare Operations Manager, Contract Hub (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Operations Manager to join our North America Health Solutions Operations team in a hybrid work arrangement.
This role is central to designing and executing a new end-to-end contract lifecycle process that directly supports our client-facing consulting teams and Account Executives. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with compliance, data privacy, and finance to ensure contracts are negotiated, implemented, and executed efficiently—while minimizing risk and maximizing revenue impact.

What the day will look like
Project Management & Execution
+ Drive contract lifecycle initiatives from planning through execution. Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and urgency, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Client Contract Oversight
+ Partner with Account Executives and Commercial Leaders to draft, revise, and execute contracts directly influencing business revenue. Ensure favorable terms and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and data privacy teams to coordinate approvals and resolve contract-related issues.
Compliance & Risk Management
+ Maintain a robust contract tracking system. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Process Optimization & Innovation
+ Continuously improve contract workflows using technology and best practices to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency.
Training & Offshore Team Support
+ Develop training materials and lead sessions to ensure consistent understanding of contract management processes across teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ 5+ years in a commercially focused operations role, ideally in healthcare or employee benefits.
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with financial analysis and operational risk assessment.
+ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
