As a **Lead Demand Generation Representative - Healthcare at Honeywell** in Ratingen, Germany, you will have a pivotal role focusing on driving revenue growth as well as leading a team of inside resources, solutions architects and/or sales representatives for our **Building Automation (BA) business unit.**
**Your responsibilities** will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, including C-Level, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager, and work on a hybrid work schedule.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue, achieve quotas, and promote Honeywell Healthcare portfolio solutions.
+ Cultivate strong customer relationships in healthcare, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and address their needs.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
+ Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
+ Lead and optimize demand generation efforts, including campaigns, lead data analysis, and utilization of marketing automation/CRM tools.
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ German (mother tongue) and Business English fluency.
+ Extensive sales experience in sales with a proven track record of hitting targets and growing revenue.
+ Leadership and team management skills, alongside the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
+ **A deep understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem, to become a trusted advisor in Smart Hospitals aimed at connecting Building Automation technologies with healthcare specific capabilities such as (but not limited to) RTLS, Nurse Call, and Infection prevention.**
+ **Proven experience in developing integrated value propositions for Smart Buildings, including BMS, Fire & Security.**
+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a passion for sales, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen.
