Description The Order Management team plays a critical role in patient care and customer satisfaction. This team is responsible for qualifying orders and releasing them to the service organization for device delivery. We meticulously validate both the insurance coverage and clinical status of patients to confirm that: • Therapy is appropriate for the patient condition • Insurance will cover the therapy and reimburse The team faces the dual challenge of being both fast and accurate. We ensure that patient’s therapy is not delayed while also guaranteeing that the therapy will be covered by insurance, ensuring payment is received. To achieve this, the Order Management team collaborates closely with the sales team, prescribers, patients, and other Advantage Center teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Highschool Diploma or GED - 3 years in insurance authorization or verification or medical billing - Strong Soft Skills - Computer skills (specifically in excel) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
