About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel in both customer-facing and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in supporting patients and clients by providing accurate information, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer incoming calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support
+ Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
+ Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in internal systems
+ Communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries
+ Collaborate with team members on the customer service floor
+ Assist with direct patient contact for orthotic fittings, including post-mastectomy and diabetic footwear
+ Perform sales order and data entry tasks
+ Assemble products and manage inventory, including stocking and organizing supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven experience in customer service or administrative support
+ High attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
+ Understanding of insurance verification and retail customer service
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
