Responsibilities\nSupport the implementation of the DSC PH’s Healthcare Program and total nursing care to assure that employees are physically fit and continue to be healthy to effectively carry out their duties and responsibilities.\nLead and coordinate with Company Physician in the surveillance and maintenance of occupational health and safety\nConduct regular GEMBA and BBS walkthrough to ensure compliance of employee in Quality and H&S standards.\nConduct regular audits to emergency equipment (spine board, first aid kits, etc)\n\n\nSupport development and review of Occupational-health related SOPs, Work Instructions to meet customer-specific requirements and the LOGICS KPIs.\nSupport monthly APAC reporting and critical analysis of the Performance Measurement tools.\nEnsure site compliance to all applicable Health & Safety Standards and legal/regulatory requirements.\nGeneration, deployment and review of  health related SOP, WI & program\nAssisting company physician in reviewing of pre-employment medical result and annual physical exam (APE).\nInventory, monitoring and requisition of medicines, clinic tools and equipment\nParticipate in completion of DOLE required health report/s.\nConduct respirator fit and testing with identified employees.\nProvide support in executing SPT (Skin Prick Test), PFT(Pulmonary Function Test) and MVO(Motor Vehicle Operator) test.\nFiling and archiving of medical records and safe keeping of confidential medical records.\nAssist transfer of patient in hospital and regular monitoring of health condition\nMaintaining of 5S standard in clinic.\nRequirements\nLicensed / Registered Nurse\nKnowledgeable in MS Office\nHas critical-thinking skills with warm and caring disposition\nWith relative work experience either hospital nurse or Company Nurse\nHaving OHNAP training is an advantage\n
