SUMMARY:

Serve as a primary resource for Hub International Gulf South client-focused, customized health and wellness programs.  Coordinate and facilitate various wellness program activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being.  Evaluate potential strategic partners to assist clients in achieving objectives. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with appointed Medical Director to develop and implement successful Health and Wellness Programs (hereafter referred to as “Program”) for Hub International Gulf South clients.Meet with clients to understand client’s business, culture, obstacles and opportunities when developing client-specific ProgramAssist in the planning, administration and communication of Program.  Develop marketing materials to promote fitness, proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and advertise wellness offerings.  Administer and support wellness education and programs for employees. Provide recommendations and support to programs.Meet with clients to implement strategies and plans that ensure the advancement and on-going building of a Program, utilizing health and wellness best practices.Effectively manage internal and external resources needed to meet client’s Program objectives.Ensure all programs logistics are managed timely. Communicate program data and produce reports as needed. Ensure facilitators are scheduled and all of their needs for effective program execution are met.Conduct employee educational presentations and facilitate health related activities.Initiate, develop, structure and conduct seminars for current and prospective clientsEffectively and efficiently manage multiple projects as needed. Responsible for managing time appropriately so that daily, weekly, and monthly duties are completed with demonstrated flexibility to handle shifting priorities.Assist with the coordination, development and administration of activities, assessments, individual and team challenges, guest speakers, screenings, family wellness events, etc. as may be deemed appropriate for client-specific goals.Support the planning and development of communication materials.Meet with vendors to review and discuss opportunities on renewing or creating effective programs. Oversee vendors, evaluate onsite programs, and update initiatives.Research complex claims issues as neededAssist Hub International Gulf South clients with wellness program compliance reviewsIt is NEVER appropriate for anyone from Hub International Gulf South to provide medical advice or perform medical care while working as a Hub International Gulf South associateRepresent Hub International Gulf South in a positive, professional manor at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience in health and wellness field. Coordination of health care or educational related programs a plus, but is not required.Prior experience consistent with dutiesAbility to speak to key client executives (CEOs, CFOs, and HR VPs) as well as communicate effectively in presentationsExcellent verbal communication and telephone skillsExcellent written communication skillsPractices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentialityExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to anticipate and solve problemsExpertise in establishing and maintaining positive, cooperative working relationshipsRepresent Hub International Gulf South in a positive and professional image at all timesAbility to work with Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Education: High school or equivalent
