We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Care Delivery Senior Consultant within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The HTT is part of Aon’s Human Capital US practice. The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve for their care delivery, clinical and wellbeing needs.
Within Care Delivery under HTT, we are a team of strategists with deep employer-sponsored clinics, delivery system, health plan, and clinical experience aimed at optimizing care delivery for employers. We are looking for a self-starter, strategic and critical thinking consultant with a desire and ability to support and deliver overall population health solutions for employers!
This is a virtual/hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our US offices.

What the day will look like
The Care Delivery Senior Consultant role will spend the majority of their day driving client projects serving as the primary contact for and owner of day-to-day client work activities and deliverables. This role entails supporting and delivering solutions for clients and collaborating internally across Aon’s business units to find strategies to improve the health, safety and productivity of their employees.
The Senior Consultant will share advanced specialty knowledge, practical application, and consulting to ensure employees of our clients have access to high-quality, cost-effective care through a coordinated and positive employee experience by diving deep in the areas of:
+ Primary care and occupational health (advanced, virtual, and direct through onsite/nearsite clinics)
+ Carrier and alternative network options
+ Navigation and advocacy
+ Health system solutions
Other aspects of time will include project management, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the development and execution of consulting solutions and thought leadership deliverables. The Care Delivery Senior Consultant will work closely with other Aon colleagues including members of the HTT keeping project plans and teams integrated while maintaining a good working relationship with Client contacts. Furthermore, this role will actively and effectively delegate and mentor junior colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Work independently as lead project manager while coordinating with Core Health and Health Analytics as well as Risk teams to deliver client work with appropriate Senior Specialty Colleague oversight.
+ Develop, drive, and direct colleagues on the execution of Care Delivery client facing projects to include: advanced primary care and occupational health such as onsite/nearsite/hybrid clinics and virtual primary care; high-performing networks, steerage to high quality/low-cost providers and Reference Based Pricing; and health system solutions such as Centers of Excellence, Accountable Care Organizations, and direct employer contracting.
+ Ability and desire to proactively anticipate, lead, think critically, be a self-starter, oversee and enhance employer Care Delivery projects
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in Care Delivery, developing knowledge, creating strategic materials and educating clients and colleagues on best practices and market trends, benchmarking, and industry research
+ Proactively build relationships to collaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration strategies and leverage appropriate resources across Human and Risk Capital, markets, regions, and business groups
+ Manage and lead client projects through strong project management skills successfully managing competing demands, work flows, and client expectations in the functional areas of qualitative and quantitative analytics, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
+ Focuses on analyzing information to ensure reasonability, completeness of response, and providing Aon insights
Education and Experience:
+ 5+ years of related experience with health and benefits and/or care delivery required
+ Exposure to data analytics and measurement work
+ 2+ years of consulting experience
+ Possesses superior written and oral communication skills
+ Possesses advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software, specific experience with PowerPoint and Excel
+ Undergraduate degree; masters and/or clinical degree preferred

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Bloomington, MN. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
T his position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
