Job Responsibilities:

A four-year degree in Business, Safety or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Minimum of three years experience in Missouri Worker’s Compensation and case management is required.  Must understand Federal and State occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and be able to provide guidance to the plant and ensure compliance. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.  Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. The ability to effectively present information to management, employees, co-workers, and corporate personnel is essential. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Familiarity with OSHA, SDS, STD, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA and related state and federal regulations required.
