In this role, you will take operational leadership and responsibility for all aspects of site health and safety, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and business continuity management (HSE & BCM) standards across all sites. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety throughout our operations. \nProvide operational leadership and guidance to site management teams to ensure adherence to HSE & BCM standards. \nIdentify and remove barriers to improved performance, driving continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter. \nOversee multiple sites within a defined cluster, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nOperations experience managing safety in a co-pack and/or manufacturing facility is essential. \nNEBOSH National General Certificate is required. \nA genuine passion for safety and a commitment to promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace. \nExperience with automation/production equipment, MHE, HGV, and manual handling equipment is desirable. \nStrong stakeholder management and management influence skills are essential for success in this role. \n\n
