Location: Daventry - Crick DIDC2
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 40hrs per week (08:00-16:00)
Salary: £40,000

Role Purpose:

\n\nProvide Health and Safety Executive & Business Continuity Management advice, guidance and support to enable the site to comply with relevant statutory legislation.\nDrive business Standardisation and assist with the continued adherence to the HSMS and any other relevant HSE & BCM policies at the site.\nMeet annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives which will be assessed via the performance management system.\nAssist in delivering the functional business objectives\nCoordinate and assist the Management team to take ownership in all HSE & BCM actions & initiatives at the site\nCoordinate and management of on site facilities and contractor management\n\n

Requirements:

\n\nExperience working in an operational H&S role - essential\nPrevious H&S responsibility in warehouse and transport environments, target focused and an ability to deliver standardised programs - essential\nStakeholder management and management influence - essential\nExcellent people managing skills & experience - essential\nIT literate - essential\nCan be requested to support local sites if required\nGCSE / O level or equivalent secondary level \nNEBOSH National General Certificate \nNEBOSH Diploma / equivalent (Desirable) \nNEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management (Desirable)\n\n
