About the role


What you'll be doing

Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. Compiles safety reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data. Prioritize and coordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met and deadlines are adhered to. Ascertain customer or auditor requirements in order to direct the enquiry to relevant department. Assist with proofreading and formatting of policy revisions. Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations. Assess cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization. Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.


What you have

Legally eligible to work in the United States. Experience of relevant business systems. Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Plans & organizes own workload. Proven experience of high standards of customer service. Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information. Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
