About the Role

Drive the development of Health Proposition strategy and development of health value-added services and ecosystem, to meet evolving needs across customer segments and to achieve the company KPIs. Drive customer & channel engagement and capture market share through directing effective partnership development, channel communications and engagement programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate the Health Proposition Strategy, incorporating market trends, customers preferences, inputs from management and channelsPrepare business cases of Health Proposition projects and lead project developmentDevelop and execute the proposition and ecosystem initiatives to deliver growth for health business and customer satisfactionExplore and develop new strategic partnership to create new value-added services and wellness programs to customers Strengthen the existing partnership relationship and streamline process and workflow to gain operation efficiencyDevelop new initiatives and tools to engage and support channel to deliver the Health PropositionCollaborate with different departments, Group Office and partners to drive and implement new initiatives to achieve the desired KPIs and business objectivesKeep abreast of the market trend and practice; research and analyze the latest market trends and practices, and recommend alternatives for current Health ecosystem enhancementsEnsure strict adherence to internal compliance/governance guidelines and market regulationsProvide support to ad hoc projects and proposition initiatives arising from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Degree in Insurance, Business or HealthcareRelevant industry experience with 8+ years of relevant healthcare experience is a mustStrong strategy development skills and well-versed in proposition developmentSound knowledge on insurance products as added advantageCapable to operate in a fast-paced environment, meet tight timelines with sometimes changing prioritiesPositive, proactive and can-do mindset to drive health transformationsWork and thrive in an environment that challenges and empowers its peopleAgile mindset to deal with a constantly changing macroeconomic setting and customer behaviorsMust be skilled in clearly articulating data and reports in a manner easily understood in oral and written formatMust be collaborative and able to build internal and external relationshipsCustomer centric and strong capabilities in business analysis and insightsExcellent communication skills and proven project management experienceAbility to work under pressure on multiple priorities
