This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
See yourself at the helm of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring interested parties see tangible business outcomes—delivered on time, on budget, and up to our world-class quality standards. Your leadership will guide the professional growth of up to 15 associates, employing matrix management and occasionally direct line management for groups of up to 5. You’ll play a part in performance reviews and be responsible for regional, global, and third-party resources on sophisticated, interdependent projects.
+ This role is specialized and may involve leading and mentoring teams of PMI, PCI, and PCII professionals, reporting directly to the business unit PMO lead.
+ Lead projects and change with significant budgets.
+ Juggle multiple clients and projects spanning several countries.

Client engagement: Cultivate clear communication across departments and with clients, lead meetings, provide regular updates and nurture strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality delivery: Plan, supervise and close projects with meticulous attention to detail, coordinating resources, risk management, quality assurance, and lessons learned for continual improvement.
Organizational change and leadership: Lead significant implementations and change orders, handle project documentation, risks, and acceptance testing, and innovate solutions tailored to client needs.
Client relationship champion: Serve as the main contact for new and ongoing clients, lead communications and advocate for our products and methodology.
Pre-project and contract creation: Ensure smooth delivery of statements of work and other contractual documents for successful project launches.
Risk and compliance: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, maintain compliance with codes of conduct and legislation and implement risk management strategies.
Financial management and issues: Share financial accountability with managers, manage scope and revenue and call out unresolved challenges to maintain project momentum.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bring your in-depth project management knowledge (Prince II, PMP, Agile, etc.), advanced technical skills (Microsoft Office, Project, Power BI), and strong communication and analytical abilities. Experience with online benefits and regulatory environments is a plus.
+ 10+ years managing sophisticated, multi-country technical projects within PMO, client service, or consulting environments
+ A proven track record of client-facing success and remote project delivery
+ Experience working in at least three industry sectors and managing globally sourced resources
+ Proven ability to supervise large projects independently
+ Familiarity with multi-tier application environments and online benefits delivery preferred
+ English proficiency (C1) in both verbal and written communication.
