**Shift Options**
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm
Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm
M-Th: 9am-5:30pm, F: 8am-12:30pm, Sat: 8am-12pm
**$18-$20/hr based on experience**

**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the maintenance of accurate electronic records to meet the requirements for licensure and certification
+ Record processing and physician record completion
+ Scanning and filing transcribed reports and other documentation
+ Document and data storage and retrieval
+ Release of confidential information
+ Maintaining confidential medical records
+ Record review and data collection
+ Communicate with hospital administrative staff, nurses, physicians, and hospital leadership
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ At least one year of experience working in the healthcare industry
+ At least one year working in a customer service related field
+ Detail oriented
+ Resourceful problem solver
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Health information management experience
+ Experience with release of information (ROI) and HIPPA
+ Knowledge of HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
+ Experience managing patient health records
+ Familiarity and ability to work around different time zones within the U.S.
+ Ability to be professionally assertive when communicating with hospital administrative staff, nurses, physicians, and hospital leadership
