Health Information Services Technician – Cedars-Sinai, West Hollywood

Pay Rate: $25–$32/hour (flexible based on experience)

Duration: 13-week contract starting August 11, 2025

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role:

Cedars-Sinai is hiring 7 Health Information Services Technicians to support the Release of Information (ROI) team. This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious healthcare institution in a vital administrative role. This position is fully onsite in West Hollywood.

Key Responsibilities:Process medical records requests from patients, physicians, law offices, and other third partiesPrioritize and complete requests in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulationsProvide excellent customer service and educate requesters on confidentiality policiesAccurately enter and process data using EPIC and PDF toolsManage e-faxes and digital documentation with high attention to detailRequired Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
