Under the immediate supervision of the Health information Management Department Manager, the Health Data Coordinator I performs complex functions necessary to ensure a complete and integrated health record in compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, hospital policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations. They process and fulfill requests for medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, organizational policies, and legal requirements. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to authorized parties.
