HIM Director opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Director position in our Health Information Management (HIM) department. The Director of Health Information Management Services is responsible for directing the activities of the Health Information Management Services Department in the management and maintenance of all patients’ medical records information, ensuring compliance will all state and federal laws, and rules/regulations of licensing agencies standards for the quality of patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education: Associate’s degree in health information management or related field. Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

+ Licensures, Certifications, Registrations HIM certification (RHIA or RHIT) required.
+ Experience: 2 years prior management experience in the health care field.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
