**Role purpose**
**In order to support patient access to the products and secure best possible treatments:**
+ In collaboration with Country External Affairs/Market Access (EA/MA) Managers support the development of the best MA strategy and provide Health Economics (HE) support for the products in Baltics.
+ Lead pricing and price approvals as well as price/volume scenario building across different therapy areas in Baltics.
+ Develop tools and materials which support market access (e.g. cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, health economic studies, real world evidence studies, presentations and publications).
**Key Role activities. What?**
+ Support preparation of Price & Reimbursement submissions, including supporting with HE materials, to ensure early market access with the best reimbursement conditions.
+ Prepare HE Models or localize EMEA HE models independently or act as intermediary to the local/regional vendors in preparing HE models for submission.
+ Compile HE business case including analysis and input regarding price strategy in collaboration with cross-functional product team, ensure compliance with effective applicable policies and present for approval either locally or regionally.
+ Prepare, submit and manage pricing scenarios to the applicable regional Pricing and Reimbursement Implementation Team (PRIT) and coordinate all required cross-functional input and approvals if applicable to address any questions or changes arising in review process.
+ Support the development and execution of optimal market access strategy in alignment with the overall brand strategy and different market needs, in collaboration with cross functional teams.
+ Liaise with Baltic Medical Affairs and EMEA Market Access Teams for HE studies and real world evidence generation to support market access in designated therapy area.
+ Support long and short-term Business Planning with price assumptions, strategic insights on existing and future indications.

+ Collaborate with the EA/MA managers and other HE Specialists, Medical and Business Managers in the relevant countries for alignment of plans and collection of required inputs.
+ Share best practices within the Baltic EA/MA team.
+ Contribute with insights and experience with Regional stakeholders.
+ Represent the Baltics in the EMEA TA community and ensure information flow between EMEA functional network (FN) and Baltic EA/MA Team.
+ Serve as point of contact for EMEA Market Access and disseminate information to country MA/EA managers.
**Skills:**
+ Education/experience in health economics/health sciences and solid economics acumen or Education in finance, business or economics and interest/willingness to learn health economics.
+ Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience in working with systems, databases, statistical analysis, pharmaceutical industry and understanding clinical trial publications is an advantage
+ Proficient English.
+ Proactivity and ability to lead and co-operate with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in planning/modelling (in practical or academic setting) is a bonus.
+ Ability and willingness to learn fast, focus and be precise
+ Analytical mindset, ability to turn data into insights for different stakeholders.
+ Independence, great collaborative and communication skills, ability in navigating matrix structures and working within multicultural teams.
