We are looking for the potential candidate for Health Club Receptionist position in our Legendary Hotel Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Health Club Receptionist, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nTo take all the information correctly from the guests on the phone for reservation\nTo communicate with the hotel guests in a warmly manner and to answer their needs.\nTo answer phone calls with regard to standards, and to take message if needed.\nTo welcome health club guests, to take record and to give information.\nTo be responsible from the enterance of the Health Club enterance and to follow up the cleaning.\nTo ensure the guests wear galosh when entering the Health Club due to hygiene rules.\nTo determine the break ups in the Health Club and to follow them up.\nTo ensure the correct calculation of the daily enterances and services to hotel guests.\nTo have attention to membership system and try to make new members and follow them up\n\n
