Mercer is seeking a Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst to join our Mercer Health team in Espoo, Finland.

Mercer’s Health Team in Finland is the leading consultancy and insurance broker in the employee benefits business. We provide clients with a single source of expertise for managing the costs, people risk, and complexities of insured employee benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the employee benefits insurance industry.

The role: Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst   

We will count on you to:

Support the team with administrative tasks and client communications.Maintain and organize client files and records, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.Prepare presentations and manage updates to clients’ insurance data on our comprehensive global benefits tools.Learn and develop to become a trusted client advisor, interacting with clients and contributing to the development of insured employee benefits policies.
 

What you need to have:

A degree in insurance, economics, or a related field.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Drive for results and a passion for insured employee benefits.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in verbal and written English and Finnish.Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.
