Health and Benefits Client Support (9 months Internship)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Mercer Health and Benefits team provides broking, consulting and technology support to build the right benefits strategy for businesses and its employees.

You will be joining a successful team that supports companies assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees.

We will count on you to:

Support the client management team by assisting client relationships, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the client experience;Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information;Production of reports;Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.

What you need to have:

Degree in human resources, management, law, sociology, public administration, or other relevant field;Fluent English level (C1);Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Results and business oriented;Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;Accountability and ownership;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
