Program Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field of study (i.e. Finance or Accounting if pursuing the Finance track, Information Technology if pursuing the IT track)
Desire to build a career in healthcare preferred
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior leadership
Must be flexible in work arrangements and able to work throughout a variety of locations within the healthcare system
