Direct experience with regulatory agency negotiations. Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 Management Systems, and the 50001 Energy Management System Standards and how to leverage conformance in support of regulatory compliance **QUALIFICATIONS** **Key Responsibilities:**   + Lead plant ICare Program + Support the development and implementation of plant ergonomic initiatives. + Develop and initiate plant safety culture improvements. + Provide guidance and support to plant engineering projects. + Leading the site’s Health Safety & Environmental Management System + Collaborating with the site’s leadership team to develop the site’s HSE continuous improvement plan + Its an On-Site position.   Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
