To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Partner Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development or equivalent. Experience in Cardiology and/or Radiology Informatics is highly desirable Experience in complex C-Suite level engagementExperience in enterprise level public sector engagement and procurementExperience in Enterprise ICT sales and business developmentProven track record of successful sales delivery against targets, particularly in the medical devices or healthcare informatics market.Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thinker, with the capacity to develop and execute long-term plans that align with both customer and company goals.Capable of functioning as a high-performing individual contributor, with strong ownership, accountability, and a self-starter mindset.Strong understanding of the healthcare market and ability to work autonomously.Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment and collaborate across functions.How we work together
