About the Role
Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo is seeking an accomplished Head Tennis Professional to lead our premium tennis and pickleball program. This role offers a unique opportunity to create exceptional guest experiences, oversee elite-level instruction, and deliver signature events for our members and resort guests.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage all tennis and pickleball programming, including clinics, private lessons, leagues, and tournaments.

Develop creative offerings that elevate the guest experience and reflect Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Supervise and mentor a team of tennis professionals, ensuring exceptional service and coaching quality.

Oversee court operations, including maintenance, scheduling, and guest relations.

Collaborate with resort leadership to promote tennis and pickleball experiences through events, marketing, and member engagement.

Provide orientation and personalized recommendations to new members and guests.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a tennis professional in a luxury resort, private club, or high-performance environment.

Strong instructional background in both tennis and pickleball (certifications preferred).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Ability to design innovative programming for players of all ages and skill levels.

Schedule & Hours
