Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry Demonstrated experience in tenancy management, lease agreements, and tenant relations Proven track record of optimizing occupancy rates and maximizing revenue
