Own end-to-end responsibility of health and roadmap of innovation & automation strategy, change management support to Supply Chain Processes
Interact with business users and capturing their requirements, defining detailed strategic objectives and connecting with the Organization vision and strategic plan.
Ensure hygiene for Supply Chain operations - govern processes for problem management, capacity management, and change management
This is a leadership position and will be part of the Supply Chain leadership at Airtel. The role will be required to work with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive the Strategic Business Agenda.
Recommend, own & drive “Digital Transformation” roadmap
Manage & mentor a team
Ensure system driven solution to address audit observations
Collaborate & influence for changes in the system for process simplification & digitization
Deliverables (key responsibilities)Digital Transformation agenda:
Ask of improving Digital quotient within SCM function, recommend, own and drive the adoption of new digital capabilities for better processes, efficiencies and user experience Overall co-ordination from concept to actual implementation in agile way Embedding new digital capabilities in people and processes for continuous improvements Review & governance of strategic initiatives as per the plan. Demonstrate thought leadership to bring new digital intervention with “Outside In” approachOperations (Business as usual):
Should have experience to advocate simplification in the new requirements or while addressing pain areas in the current processes Review team deliverables as per outlined SLAs for operational excellence Prioritization of new developments in line with value delivery, impact across line of businesses etc. Conducting Stakeholder Surveys & Pain Point Identification Systematic solution for Audit observationsCollaborate with Engineering Team to enhance ERP & SCM applications:
Alignment on new development prioritization Explore existing solution for cross utilization in SCM area Provide input as required and implement the enhancements on specific projects. Also required to give strategic design inputs before start of solution development. Construct strategies in close coordination with the Business team and respective vertical heads to achieve functional & business objectivesProgram Management & Business Head Support:
Supporting decision making abilities by conducting detailed analysis on key strategic issues; conducting internal and external analysis and research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on status of various initiatives to ensure deployments are taken place as per the plan. Review and monitor various key programs to ensure consistency with defined objectives Demonstrate (Key competencies) Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills Design thinking Multi-Tasking Skill Navigating change Strong Communication skills - Both written and verbal Portfolio & Program Mgt skills an added advantage. PG – MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred) form tier 1 institute
Working Experience
10-15 yrs. of experience in SCM processes Exposure in ERP/System deployments in SCM like OTM, WMS etc Should have experience in deployment of “Digital Technologies” within SCM.
