Sanofi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain professional to lead our Projects and Performance group. In this role, you will lead and manage supply chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the Head of Supply Chain. You will develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle. Coordination with various departments to allocate necessary resources, optimize project flow, and collect relevant data to support decision-making processes is essential. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to inform project adjustments and improvements, maintaining awareness of ongoing global and local projects impacting the site supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring supply chain input for industrialization and life cycle management, proper handover of industrialization projects, and conducting monthly supply chain performance reviews at PCU/APU and site levels, including root cause analysis and follow-up action plans. Regular reporting on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain and other stakeholders is crucial.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Management:** Manage supply chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop project plans, set milestones, track progress, and coordinate resources for project execution. Regularly report on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Drive the implementation of relevant KPIs at the site level to measure site SC performance. Monitor and track monthly site SC performance at the PCU/APU and site level. Conduct root cause analysis to effectively address issues.
+ **Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Develop and lead continuous improvement activities for the Supply Chain Flow and Supply ecosystem. Collaborate with PCU/APU Lead and other transversal functions (e.g., HSE, Quality, ENG) to create a culture of continuous improvement.
+ **Training and Coaching:** Train and coach the team on problem-solving and root cause analysis tools. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of role cards and standard work plans.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Work with all levels of leadership to realize CI value and impact, escalating issues if necessary. Coordinate with other supply chain roles to ensure smooth transition of new tools and projects. Serve as the point of contact for other units to share losses or impacts resulting from their activities. Contribute to CI projects at level 1/2 CI meetings and escalate major impacts to Level 3.
+ **Lead and Support SC Projects and Performance Team:** Provide leadership, direction, and support for all positions within the SC P&P team. Ensure alignment with M&S Strategic direction, develop staff skills and competencies, and maintain procedures for transactional support.
**Further responsibilities**
+ **Compliance and Assessment:** Support the assessment of site change controls and associated action items. Support compliance activities (Change Management, Procedures, Inspections, Quality Technical Agreement, etc.) relating to offsite storage services.
+ **Innovation and Sustainability:** Contribute to the company's transformation agenda by driving innovation in supply chain management practices. Contribute to the company's sustainability goals through efficient inventory management.
+ **Best Practices Exchange:** Work closely with other leadership teams, including Manufacturing and Commercial teams, to facilitate best practices exchange across sites and clusters.
+ **Global Strategy Implementation:** Contribute to implementing the global supply chain strategy aligned with Sanofi's overall business objectives. Drive standardization, simplification, and digitization within the supply chain.
+ **Cost Optimization:** Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the supply chain without compromising quality or performance.

+ Participate at Inventory Review (site)
+ Contribute to Level 2 SC Continuous Improvement meeting
**About You**
+ **Experience** : Strong background in similar role, preferably in a Supply Chain or project management capacity. (+5 years), with proven track record of agile mindset, driving decision-making and optimizing business outcome for its perimeter.
+ **Soft skills:** Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within site functions to gather information and assess feasibility. The ability to lead and motivate teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to address complex technical and business challenges. Change agent: ensure best practice implementation and system adoption / system evolution, including flexibility to keep evolving with business needs.
+ **Technical skills** : A strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with SAP. A combination of technical expertise and business acumen.
+ **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset.
+ **Languages:** Fluent in English to work within a global function; native speaker in the language of the site he/she is in

The salary range for this position is:
$114,750.00 - $165,750.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
