Head - Sales & Marketing

- Lead the techno-commercial aspects of Real Estate projects from inception to completion 

- Conduct in-depth commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and conditions 

- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks 

- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical requirements with commercial objectives

 - Drive cost optimization strategies while maintaining quality standards

 - Establish and nurture strong vendor relationships to support project delivery

 - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

 - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial and market insights

 - Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance and capabilities

 - Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles

Education Qualification

BE - Civil

Experience - 20-25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry  - Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, and vendor relations  - Demonstrated leadership in driving successful project outcomes  - Strong understanding of technical aspects related to Real Estate projects
