Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance. Establish performance metrics and foster a results-driven culture within the sales organization.Market Intelligence and Insights:
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends in cybersecurity to identify opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.Revenue and Profitability Management:
Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability through effective sales planning and execution. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize pricing and contracts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on IT/OT cybersecurity solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Deep understanding of OT/IT environments and cybersecurity challenges.
