We are seeking a Head of Zero Trust Engineering and Hardening to :
• manage the modernization and automation of our firewall rule and policy exception hardening process
• lead our Network and Application engineering team whilst also aligning and driving Zero Trust Initiatives across Tech Services
• play a crucial role in chairing and directing the Lateral Movement Forum and the External Connectivity Governance forums that set the direction of these topics within UBS
• collaborate with other teams within our firm to develop enhanced security best practices and guidelines and lead initiatives to proactively identify and track risk related items within our firm through mitigation
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards, and identify opportunities to improve our processes
• influence and work across orgs to drive key results and outcomes, there are key partnerships within Automation Services, Cyber Defense and Networks that must be developed and maintained to be successful

• New York: the salary range for this role is $207500 to $282500
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
