What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience in senior Zero Harm or health and safety leadership roles, ideally in complex, multi-site environments. Tertiary qualifications in safety, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, Lead Auditor). A proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering cultural transformation. Deep knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and safety systems. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
