We’re searching for a UK-based Head of Workforce to join our Consulting Services team, so that we can turn strategic plans into tactical excellence and deliver high-impact workforce solutions for our healthcare customers. The Head of Workforce will provide strategic leadership to drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team development across RLDatix’s workforce delivery arm. How You’ll Spend Your Time + Lead the Workforce team to deliver against performance targets, financial metrics, and service delivery KPIs + Develop and manage a high-performing team of Managing Consultants to ensure scalable, high-quality programme execution + Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric delivery + Drive delivery excellence by ensuring projects and programmes meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives + Act as the senior escalation point for consultants and project managers, providing resolution support and strategic guidance What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having + Experience leading workforce solutions, preferably within healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments + Proven success in managing complex projects and client-facing change programmes + In-depth knowledge on how to scale teams, develop consultants , and lead strategic delivery operations + Ability to commute to London or client locations as needed + Sincere interest in making healthcare safer and improving workforce performance across health systems + Working collaboratively and strategically across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
