This role is pivotal for driving our online strategy, promoting our brand, and creating lasting relationships through a user-centric approach to digital design and functionality.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nDeeply understand digital user experience principles and demonstrate a passion for data-driven decision-making.\nLead a talented team of web product managers and UX designers while collaborating with stakeholders and championing the voice of the customer.\nContinuously analyze website performance, user feedback, and industry trends to enhance our digital ecosystem.\nPromote a user-centric approach throughout the design process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.\nContribute to the overall growth of the business by driving initiatives that create exceptional digital experiences.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nIn this dynamic role, you will directly contribute to the company's financial success by leading initiatives that create exceptional digital experiences.\nBy focusing on seamless and engaging online interactions, you will drive prospect conversion and cultivate strong customer loyalty.\nYour strategic direction and the work of your team will be instrumental in unlocking significant growth opportunities for the company through an enhanced web presence.  \nYour impact will shape both user experiences and your career trajectory.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nLead the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s web digital experience initiatives.\nManage a team of web product managers and UX designers to develop and optimize web user experience, functionality, and information architecture, improving engagement and satisfaction.\nCollaborate with analytics, brand marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in digital efforts.\nWork closely with web development to build digital experiences and create a strategic roadmap for both the front and back end of Qualtrics.com\nSet goals and report on KPIs for the global website for awareness, conversion, and pipeline\nDevelop and implement innovative website functionality that enhances user value and achieves business objectives.\nConduct usability tests, gather insights, and implement learnings in a timely manner.\nStay updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to keep our digital presence at the forefront.\nFoster an environment of innovation and creativity within your team, encouraging professional development and collaboration.\nSet and maintain SLAs for standard web production, implement process and project management frameworks to improve operational efficiencies\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n7+ years of experience in digital experience design, web development, or product management, with a focus on user experience and customer engagement.\nProven track record of leading cross-functional teams, specifically managing teams of web product managers and UX designers.\nStrong analytical skills with experience in utilizing web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to inform decisions.\nDeep understanding of UX/UI design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.\n\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience in SaaS or technology-focused companies.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).\nBackground in data science or experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.\nKnowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.\n\n\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nOur team is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences that resonate with our users.
