Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the transformation of TA operations by optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and enabling scalable, tech-forward recruiting practices. You will:
Lead the evolution of TA Operations through automation, system optimization, and process redesign
Architect and evolve workflows that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience
Drive Workday Recruiting optimization in partnership with HRIS, ensuring seamless integration and usability
Develop and implement training programs to upskill recruiting coordinators and ensure adoption of best practices
Design and maintain dashboards that deliver real-time insights into recruiting performance, pipeline health, and operational KPIs
Audit and enhance data integrity across all TA systems to support accurate reporting and compliance
Own vendor strategy for TA technologies, including evaluation, implementation, and performance management
Champion compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, AAP, and CPRA regulations through proactive governance and documentation
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR Ops, IT, Marketing, and Procurement to align TA operations with enterprise goals
Manage the TA budget with a focus on ROI, cost-efficiency, and strategic investment
Launch and analyze stakeholder satisfaction surveys to inform continuous improvement
Maintain and evolve TA content on internal platforms to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that elevate the TA function and support enterprise talent goals
You have:
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 3+ years in TA or HR operations as a people leader
Proven success in transforming recruiting operations through systems, process, and people
Expertise in Workday Recruiting and other ATS/HR tech platforms
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (EEOC, AAP, OFCCP, CPRA)
Experience building and leading high-performing operations teams
Exceptional analytical, communication, and change management skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Location:
Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Location: Hudson Yards, NYC; Bethlehem, PA; Holmdel, NJ; Pittsfield, MA; Boston MA or Stamford, CT.
Salary Range:
$129,500.00 - $212,750.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
