Accountable for results and reports into Innovation Board (CEO, HoCRT, SBUs) Represent SynBio internal and external for ZEISS. Relationship Management with German and European authorities.
Design, establishment, and implementation of required organizational and operational backbone of Beyond Technology Field Synthetic Biology
Accountable for results and reports into Innovation Board (CEO, HoCRT, SBUs)
Independent and continuous evaluation of all ongoing Beyond Technology SynBio Field activities in terms of budget, timing, and impact internal and external view
Identifying and evaluating new potential business opportunities leading to proposals for new Beyond Market Fields
independent orchestration and coordination of stakeholders within innovation ecosystem especially with Senior Expert Team and Leadership Team with regards to Beyond Technology Fields
Coordination of multiple strategic projects for identifying and detailing potential Beyond Market Fields Independent preparation and presentation of decision material (e.g., presentations) for large investment and business projects for the Venture Board, Executive Board as well as if needed the Su-pervisory Board
Your profileA degree with excellent grades in natural science, life science, engineering, or economics - PhD or MBA as a plus
Long-term of professional experience overall in innovation or technology driven global companies or biological/pharma driven company
Several years experience in leading innovation teams and steering complex projects as a project manager
Modern leadership experience
Experience with startups or venture activities and a entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding analytical competence and outside the box thinking
Experience in lateral leadership in medium and large project settings
Strategic & exploratory mindset and capabilities
