Head of Supply Chain

To strengthen our Supply Chain organization in Venlo, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain. This role ensures Supply Chain efficiency, strong leadership, regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Maintaining and reporting on KPI’s is also part of this position. This will be in line with a Global KPI Dashboard to ensure consistency and transparency across all operations. Our Global ERP system is SAP. Therefor our ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Supply Chain Processes. As the Supply Chain Leader you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations including sales, inventory, operations planning (SIOP), warehousing, inbound & outbound logistics, import & export compliance, inventory accuracy and customer management for aftermarket.

Education & qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in SAP ERP and hands-on experience with SAP integration and process optimization. Experience in developing and reporting KPIs that align with a global dashboard. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of global supply chain trends, regulations, and sustainability initiatives. Fluency in the Dutch language, verbally as well as in writing is mandatory for communicating with colleagues who might not feel comfortable with the English language.As we are an international company, fluency in the English language is also required.
