Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in management consulting or in a Strategy/Business Operations role in an Enterprise Software firm or related business management capacity.
+ Experience in operational execution in technology business organizations.
+ Experience with working in an enterprise software or cloud sales.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
+ Experience in leading programs or consulting projects in an enterprise space.
+ Knowledge of trends and patterns in business performance.
+ Ability to work in a changing environment, with engaging priorities and managing multiple projects.
+ Ability to manage projects and communicating insights from data.
+ Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, investigative, presentation and communication skills.
In this role, you will be a thought and execution partner for our South East Asia (SEA) Cloud Sales and Cloud Leadership Team, think and help drive the best global practices into SEA. You will help scale up business in the region by helping Google define and execute operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence.

+ Identify, structure, and lead initiatives and business programs (e.g., planning, business scaling, growth programs, quota setting, and performance improvement programs).
+ Provide thought leadership to the Cloud Sales Leadership and cross-functional leaders, and develop the market’s business plan and go-to-market business strategy and gain the required support to execute programs.
+ Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for the business teams and cross-functional teams.
+ Drive operational excellence in business growth, opportunity and health and performance metrics, across growing Cloud teams in-market.
+ Align with cross-functional partners including Finance, Human Resource (HR), Partner, Specialization, Customer Engineering to drive business motion in SEA and share best practices with other regional/global Google business operations teams.
