We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Strategy, Hang Seng Insurance.

Principal responsibilities:

Responsible to lead the Insurance Strategy and Business Management office in overseeing strategy execution of insurance business, monitoring business performance for all insurance business linesManage and formulate distribution and channel strategies in terms of platform, product suite and service to boost the businessConduct financial analysis that transforms financial data into business decision-making information to support business assessments and recommendations to senior managementProvides insights on improving Hang Seng insurance performance, in terms of business perspective, operational efficiency, structural revamp, etc.Translates overarching Group strategic objectives into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the Global Business
